What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file the website stores in your browser. It lets the website remember things between page views, for example that you are signed in.
We only use necessary cookies
We only set cookies the website needs to work. They don't require consent, but we always tell you what they are. We don't use cookies for advertising, and we don't share cookie data with anyone.
- ross_session keeps you signed in to My pages or the staff admin. It is only set when you sign in, and lasts 14 days for customers and 8 hours for staff.
- lang remembers the language you chose. It lasts 1 year.
- cookie_consent remembers your cookie choice, so we don't ask every time. It lasts 1 year.
Statistics
Our visitor statistics are cookie-free. They store nothing in your browser and cannot recognise you between visits.
The cookie settings have a statistics category. It is switched off and not used today. If we ever add a tool that needs cookies, we will update this page and ask you first.
Change your choice
You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or with the button below. You can also delete cookies in your browser's settings. You will then be signed out and asked for your language again.
Questions
If you have questions about how we handle cookies or personal data, you are welcome to contact us.
